Fix policy violation notification

Hi there, need an advice.
Got this notification:

I’ve upload a new build, and it successfully released to 100% of users.
However, this notification still there.
But on 9th of April I got a new one with “… has been addressed”.
Why I’m still seeing this? I’ve asked google, but their answer was unclear.
I’ve checked the version code:

As you can see it is “inactive”. Do I need to perform additional steps to resolve this?

You need to either delete the inactive track or update the app in it.
