Flick on default material

I’m using URP with all default setting and keep getting this ussue, I tried restart my machine and unity may times.

Which unity version?
Does it also happen in builds?
Since you say this is an URP issue, is it not happening in BiRP or HDRP?
What are your hardware specs?
Did you update/reinstall your GPU drivers?
are you using any custom shaders?
What is the backcround/clearing mode on the camera?
