The In-App Purchasing SDK version [4.4.0]( Unity IAP package 4.12.2 is now available page-2#post-8319519) now uses Google Play Billing Library v4 for the Google Play Store. Google Play Billing Library v3 is going to be deprecated soon. Starting on August 2, 2022, all new apps on the Google Play Store will require this update.
