Hello I would like to meet someone that can teach me

Hey! im new at this, i saw a lot of tutorials but i don’t know how to start scripting and creating games, im doing a horror game right now, but i can’t complete it because i don’t know how to script:(, if someone can teach my i put my social links here, if you want please reply this post, thanks

When you say you “saw” some tutorials, did you follow along with the tutorial? Tutorials lose most of their value, from my perspective, if you don’t copy along and do everything the person in the tutorial does. It shouldn’t be hard to search for things like “unity” + “beginner” + “tutorial” and find tutorials that will assume you don’t know scripting yet.

I haven’t looked deeply at it, but the guy starts off extremely basically on how to do very simple scripting, and what some of the “magic” Unity methods are. Seems it’s a whole series of tutorials.

dgoyette is correct. I don’t think anyone can teach you. YOu have to learn. You learn by doing. There are lots of very basic tutorials in the unity learn forum. Have you tried them? I tried them and they worked well. I’ve also checked youtube after doing some online tutorials but sorry, my tutorials are paid ones so only certain ones who can afford them can access them. And if you are academically good, try to read and understand the concepts and principles. Youtube videos which I’ve tried are limited in examples. I’ve tried a few and they work. From there you can have a better understanding of what scripts are. Best of luck !!.
