How can i flip a ragdoll ?

Hi, I have to do the ragdoll mechanics that are in the video below (ragdoll jumping and spinning in the air). Does anyone have any idea how I can do it? I’m using force with AddForce, but I can’t get ragdoll to spin in the air.

Note: I tried AddTorque but it didn’t work.

You should put addtorque in FixedUpdate() method. i’m sure you did it in update
