I just install Unity 4.3,and download Unity Projects 02: 2D Platformer from asset store.Anyone could tell me how to run this demo.

Just create a new project and import the package from the asset store! Easy

When you download the Project you have to go to the “Scenes” Folder and select the Scene called “Level”. Double-Click it and run the Scene.
Just make sure the new project you create is a 2D project otherwise you will see some strange behaviour from the sample project.
Just starting with Unity and had exactly the same question. This would be great info to have in the video tutorial!
