Typically this is because they have reviewed an asset and found the quality to not be up to the expectation.
You can normally email them back and ask for clarification as to what was wrong.
It’s pretty straightforward, they looked at it and decided not to put it on the store. There are quite a few threads on the forum discussing this response, you could review them.

They are a busy group of people, you should expect up to 5 business days.
