I can't create new projects or import URP 2022.3.10f1

I am using Unity 2022.3.10f1

If I open some older projects with this version of unity everything works just fine.

If I create a new project with 3D Urp or Urp SampleScene 3D there is always an error.

I get this.

If I import the urp package into a standard 3D project (that opens up just fine) I get the same errors

I’ve been looking for a solution but didn’t found anything.

Can somebody help me please?

I fixed it by doing a system state recovery and installed unity again
