Hello everybody, sorry for maybe stupid question. But i cant even download Unity Hub from website. It shows “You are not allowed to perform this operation.” And download not possible, i tried to click button from lisence page as well but nothing happend. I am from Georgia and like i see i’m not in restricted country, can anybody explain how i can solve it?

You can install Unity from the Archives page without a Hub.

Please submit a bug report via Unity Bug Reporter as well — choose “Services” there.
Also, attach the internal number that you will receive via Email after submitting. Only a post with such a number makes sense here on Discussions.
wow! unity now requires account before downloading.. ??
sounds like a bad idea (to stop people from downloading first)
for me it actually redirects to some industry download page?

If you connect to the Internet via a Russian ISP or the traffic gets routed through Russia (presumably this will be the case if you live in a Russian-occupied region of Georgia) you might not be able to download due to the sanctions against Russia. A VPN may help.
The message is clearly from Unity’s cloud services (another example here) so it’s Unity failing your download. Perhaps this is just a temporary hiccup and if you try again later it’ll work.
You can also go to the download archive, find the version of Unity you want to install, click on the “See All” link and download the editor installer (as well as any component installers you may need). For example, this is a direct download link to Windows installer for 6000.3.16f1 to see if this gives the same error message.
I got that login request too but I thought I had just clicked the wrong link … but yes, tried again … proceeding to download page asks for sign-in now. 
I can download from the Archives page just fine though.
And click install it goes to the same page with the same error

So weird, im living in Georgia, traffic goes not through Russia absolutely sure, dont use VPN as well. But ask other person to download from the same WIFI and the same page and he could. Absolutely can’t understand that
Perhaps the account has some details that may flag you as a russian user? You could try signing up with a new Unity account using a different email address to see if that works.
