I cant open my Project

I downloaded Unity today so I made a account and made a project.
I opened the project but there came a error!:

It looks like another Unity instance is running with this project open.

Multiple Unity Instance cannot open the same project.

Can one of you help me with this problem

Sounds like you have more than one Unity process running. Make sure none are running (with Task Manager) before starting Unity. If that doesn’t work, then follow the oldest troubleshooting step in the book: reboot and try again.
