I'd like to download old version of Unity HUB like "Unity - Download Archives".

I got problems AGAIN and AGAIN with Unity HUB when I update it.
The update start automatically when I start up Unity HUB.
So old Unity HUB installer is gone away from my PC…

Why don’t Unity provide old version of Unity HUB as official ?

Thanks

A lot of issues are resolved in the latest versions of Hub which is why we highly encourage you to keep it updated.
To that end, we understand that you are experiencing some technical frustrations. Can you explain your pain points by providing us with a few more details? Would love to help you with this

When I have problems with latest version, I’d like to back to old version like undo.
Unity HUB’s update system has no chance to do this.

If the latest version of Unity HUB has NO issue, I have no frustration about Unity HUB update policy.

But You can see a lot of post about old version Unity HUB installer
on sharing private cloud storage.
This is the evidence of Unity HUB update system is not work well now.

Thanks

I second this.

It can happen that the hub becomes unusable for certain users after an update. (Bugs will always happen…)
Having to wait for Unity to identify and fix the bug is unacceptable. I ended up completely removing the hub for 2 weeks (from version 2.2.0 to version 2.2.2) because Unity would no longer compile. This was a verified bug.

If I could have used version 2.1.3 in the mean time, that would have been a lifesaver…

Unity Hub 2.2.2 is essentially a rollback to Hub 2.1.3. The only difference is a minor fix for how we list the Unity 2019.3 as a “Pre-release” in when adding a new Editor version in the Install tab.

We understand your frustrations and concerns with the auto-update system. We will do better in the new year.

Thank you,
Daniel
