if i shoot the ground or an object i get a muzzle flash but if i shoot into the sky the animation of the gun will play but no muzzle flash, i’m guessing because it may not have a mesh collider or box collider but its not an object so how will i solve this problem
Question - why is the muzzle flash directly tied to what the projectile hits?
Instead shouldn’t there be a muzzle flash whenever a projectile is fired? Then regardless of if the bullet hits something or not - there will still be a muzzle flash.
