If the issue remains, please send a bug report despite 2022.3 being out of (public) support now. It would also help if you could share scripts for which this issue occurs, in case there’s a common pattern to it.

Can confirm that rolling back to 2022.3.59f1 (from 2022.3.62f1) works. Our project ran smoothly after downgrading, even though it had been opened and saved it in 2022.3.62f1.
