I ask Unity, Photon and Playfab the same question. And adult contend is allowed with Photon and Playfab (see their acceptal use docs), but i have no answer from Unity?
Since killing people is allowed in Unity and Gambling, also adult content should be no problem, as long i mention not Unity by name. Is it right?
For killing people in real life, you have to go to prision forever! Its the craziest thing humans can do to other humans. And so much games have only one topic: brutal murder. Making xxx is pure nature, to make babys and have fun. Thats why i ask this specific question about Unity licensing and i hope of course there is no double moral.

Thanks for your comments! We are glad to read some voices about this topic.
Our problem is, that until now we see no statement from Unity. If there is nothing in the EULA written, what forbids adult content, that would be the first step to make things clear. Any other acceptal use docs? But finaly it would be good to read something (public) from the Unity staff, which makes it really clear.
Adult content means games with erotic and sexual content between adults. We dont want to go in detail, because of the moderation system, which prevents of course such words.
Our question is not about app stores. But as example Steam has many adult games or games with adult content. The question is: is it clearly allowed to use Unity to produce a game with adult content?
This will be big market in the future years, as better VR and AR gets. So this is also a business question. The adult content community will use engines, but only this engines, which clearly allow such content (of course to protect our investments).
Thanks again for your first input.
This is a community forum: the users here are not lawyers, and do not represent Unity (for the most part, at least).
We have plenty of experience and we can help with our interpretation and knowledge of the EULA, but if you want an authoritative answer you’d need:
a.) To provide the specific detail of exactly what your content is (this is not prohibited by this forum btw).
b.) To contact either your own lawyer or Unity’s legal team: legal@unity3d.com
If you get an authoritative answer, do please let us know.
I couldn't find anything in the EULA that prohibits adult content. Note that you can't create gambling apps in Unity without a special licence, however.
– tanoshimiI'd think the main problem would be distributors. Does Apple, say, even allow prurient games? I also suggest you specify "adult content, " otherwise it sounds like you're making a game where you play a broken bad cannibal child-trafficker.
