Is it possible to change the vertical spacing of objects in the Hierarchy?

Hello. After trying Unity 6000.3.0f1, I noticed the Hierarchy view has changed and gained some new features.

However, I also noticed the spacing between objects displayed in the Hierarchy has become oddly wide.

Is there any way to adjust this feeling?
Because in the Project View, it’s displayed with a feeling like this.

In other words, the way things are displayed in the Hierarchy view and the Project View feels different. Why is that? It’s unsettling.

The added Hierarchy features are nice. I don’t plan to use them, but I might someday.

However, the default spacing feels off, and the number of objects I can display has decreased. I want to fix this—is there a way?

Maybe it’s the Preferences -> UI Scaling that’s doing it editor wide? Beyond that, I’m not aware of any specific line-spacing scale option.

I figured out a solution.

Edit → Preferences → General
change “Use new Hierarchy window”

This allows me to revert the ugly Hierarchy back to the previous version.

As someone who prefers the more compact UI and less bloated out UI padding I’d also agree, also using the previous version albeit with some other hierarchy addon for usefulness. Project panel is another area that could do with an improvement not sure why it’s just the hierarchy that is getting an update.
