is it possible to use AR Foundation at Unity3D as Library for Native app (iOS and Android)

Greeting,

Currently, I saw some articles that allow to use Unity3D as library for their native app.
But for now, I don’t find any article about using AR Foundation as library for native app.

Is anyone here does this before and able to share some experiences and wisdom about this topic?

P.S: I been working on Unity3D for a long time but never make an app in Native language before, only using Unity3D to create app and such.
