On the official website engine cost = $1500.
On not official websites, writes cost = $1500 per one job seat.
Question: $1500 per one job seat, or jobs seat are not restricted?

In the free-license nope restrictions on commercial products — free-license allows to create commercial products/games, or only open source and free products/games?

Unity Pro is licensed per seat.

The free version of Unity can be used for anything you like, including commercial products/games. Only condition is that your company or incorporated entity had a turnover less than US$100,000 in the last fiscal year.
