License problem (918943)

Hi,
I just bought Unity Plus and I have a problem with activation.
I have multiple organizations on my account which I cannot delete (projects assigned to organization but I have no idea which projects, I cannot list them).
Seat is assigned to me in one of those organizations.

In unity hub I was displayed as personal licensed and I cannot update license using key because it keep telling me that seat is already used.
Following this thread Hub 3.0.0 Cannot Activate Licenses page-2 I removed unity hub and installed this old one.
In this old one I can see my plus license:

But opening Editor I still see personal license

Help/Manage License keep moving me back to unity hub that shows me Plus License. I’ve tried to restart hub and editor many times.

So my questions are

  1. how I can use my license?
  2. how I can see which projects are assigned to organization (because I can’t see those projects or remove them and also can’t delete organizations that I’m owning)?
  3. Can I somehow switch organization in hub/editor to use license?

You will need to contact Unity support.

You can try to return your seat and reassign it on the dashboard, but you need to know what organization holds it, etc.
