My ios game is too slow

On unity it’s fast and collisions are perfect, on the iphone device my game is slow and the collisions are not perfect.
my scene has not so much poligons, texture are 70% diffuse 30% transparent/diffuse, there are 10 meshes and two linear lights.

What draw calls do you have? Are you using made-for-mobile shaders?

no i’m not using all made for mobile shaders. (i’ll try to fix this first)

That should tell you a lot about the performance of your game. And, you do know that transparency effects kill performance, right? The GPU is optimised to only draw each pixel once - which it does to reduce battery usage. When you have transparency effects, pixels get painted multiple times, and this significantly affects performance.
