Sorry to say but that is not pixel art your “Pixels” change in size which is not possible, some are made up of 4x4 pixels.

I’m a programmer and could do just as well in Photoshop myself.

Your art is pixellated but like was said you have some pixellated parts and some not. Nothing wrong with that as such, but overall I’d say it looks pretty ameteur.

Actually I drew it on a pixel art editor pixel by pixel. Just because some pixels are sticking together we can’t call it pixel art? I don’t know… I am not familiar with pixel art. I am learning. Thanks for the comment though.
