NetcodeConfig parameter missing

I’m working on a project using URP. Both projects have Netcode configurations, but in the old HDRP project, there’s a section called NetworkConfigParameter. I can’t seem to find that section in the NetcodeConfig of the new URP project.

On both projects I am using netcode for entities

For the life of me, I can’t figure out how to enable it again. How can I get it working?

for futur references, the netcode for entities need to be update to 1.4.0
