New Horror Game 'Him'

So I was playing slender the other day when a thought occurred to me: why isnt there more games like it?
I got to thinking and came up with an idea: him. It would be set in an abandoned insane asylum. As a journalist, you are tasked with finding out why its abandoned. there would be 10 or so clues to find. After every clue the monster becomes more relentless. Its easy to get lost when every corridor looks the same. In some rooms you could find a perfectly immaculate room. In others a gruesome sight. I was wondering: would you guys play it?

The concept is great, but I would recommend really going into making and designing this game. Try to make it as unique as possible instead of copying the slenderman game. New monster, better monster ui and mechanics on how he chases, maybe add in very interactive environments since you are doing so little in the game you could add depth that way. flipping on light switches or turning off lights depending on the diffrent rooms. (imagin walking into a dark room and flipping a light on and the quick flicker into a horror scene with duuuuuh duh doooo music and junk lol. maybe that is how you first meet the creature. having sealable doors to help delay. I meen really make the game interactive and give diffrent ways to help delay death and survive. Have the monster do diffrent things.

You could make a game that would sell easily.

I rambled but hope it gives you some idea’s.

When a games as good as Slender comes out its expected to have others try and copy I know it sounds like im bashing your idea but im not, I say go for it if you really think you can pull it off take all that’s good in Slender and improve upon it just be sure to wrap it up in a new unique experience with your own new mechanics. Where would the gaming scene be if people had not took other peoples ideas and improved them with a twist, Yes it can create an experience where you feel like you’ve done this before but it doesn’t have to I think it can create a new and exciting thrill in a way that the player still feels comfortable. So if you think you got what it takes more power to you!

I got dibs on the sequel: “Her”… which is the same but from somewhere else.

And the final part of the trilogy: “Them” as they meet and spook each other out, it turns into a dating game.

When I clicked on this post it had not replies I basically said the same thing as you Lol dident mean to copy

I play the game.

Really!?

I don’t… I don’t even… :eyes:
