I’m not programmer. Does Unity have tutorial or free assets how to make Heat Haze mirage effect?

True. I suspect the answer to the OP’s question is “yes”, but yeah, a game design question would be something like: “How does heat haze impact game play?” (Answer: probably not much.)

Try asking one of the Shader, Graphics, Getting-Started, or Asset-Store forums. I’m sure you’ll get a good answer there.
