Opening file failed/Access for Layout is Denied

On launching any projects I’m getting this error and cannot access Unity Editor.
Don’t know what to do with such a problem

When clicking “Force Quit” I get this messagebox:

Is “Bohdan” the currently logged in user? If not it’s trying to access that user’s home - inaccessible to other users. If you launch any application as another user this can happen.

Otherwise this indicates that at some level the application does not have permission to read/write a file in this location. This could be antivirus or other “security” software - disable those for a test. Or it could point to a general permission/account/policy issue on the system.

You could also check the security settings for this “current” folder. The “Bohdan” user should have read/write permissions.

Try un- and re-installing Unity - and make sure NOT to “run as administrator” anything as this will just cause further issues.

“Bohdan” is my current account. I don’t think that simple reinstalling will help me. I don’t know if “default-6000.dwlt” file is damaged. And if this is the real problem, then I don’t know how to access this file, because every action I tried to do with it, were denied, even if I have enought rights. I’m confused and don’t know what to do with it

[Updated]. I somehow managed to delete all other remaining folders that belongs to Unity. Right now trying to install Unity again

It’s possible this file may be locked by another process. Possibly even by a previous editor launch that crashed. A simple reboot should help.

I reinstalled entire Unity. Right now I get this kind of error

[UPDATED] I checked the path to these folders. In Preferences contains only one folder - Layout. Seems like I damaged this folder with my deletion and it’s not going to repair itself by reinstalling

I just reinstalled windows. Everything seems working fine
