Original CarnegyMellonUni-Mocap files produce Warning during Avatargeneration

Hi there,

In the Assetstore there is an Extensive Mocap-Library for Unity. Using those animations works fine. But there are some missing from the original CMU-Mocaps. I downloaded those files and wanted to use those as well.

When creating the Avatardefinition the following Warning appears in the Rig-Tab:

So my Questions are:

  1. Whats the meaning of the Disabling and Enabling of the Biped-Triangles in/for Unity?
  2. Is this meaningless for the Skinned Mesh or not?
  3. And… How to fix it in n-Animations without looking like a handicapped-zombie-serialkiller.

Thx in Advance

Max biped defaults to triangle pelvis which parents the thigh bones to the bottom spine bone (incorrectly) instead of parenting the thigh bones to the pelvis (correctly). To fix import the mocap into Max onto a biped, uncheck triangle pelvis and ‘check’ triangle neck.
Then export out of Max and Unity won’t fuss upon import.
Question 2-3 are moot when performing the fix above.
