Post Processing (with URP) does not work?

Hello,

I am having a problem where the post processing is not working whatsoever. I have done everything that is listed in the documentation and read many related questions which do not solve my answer.
Here are a couple of photos of the setup I have currently:

I believe I have done everything I can, if not, please tell me because this has been perplexing me for the past week

are you using the post processing package?
URP doesn’t work/use that, that’s for built-in/old render pipeline.
