This is a warning. I don’t know whether it will happen to other person. Be careful using the “Buy Now” button.
I was buying an asset using the “Buy Now” button. However the order changes to another asset and I make the transaction without realize I am buying another assets! I only realize when I was being charged $239 instead of the $10 asset that I was suppose to be buying. The asset that I was charged with was not a random asset either. It was an asset that I already bought previously in a sale! So now I have 2 invoices for the same asset! I am now trying to get a refund.
The probable cause maybe I had try to checkout the asset twice during the sale and somehow the second order remain in the system. And it load that order when I use the “Buy Now” button on another asset. So be sure to check and not blindly assume the “Buy Now” will load the correct thing.
I mean the button with the word “Buy Now” in the Asset’s Page. If you click it it will send you to the checkout for just that asset. If there are items in your cart, they will not be included in the check out.
The button at the checkout screen is “Pay now”. Unfortunately I did not check the price. I assume using the “Buy Now” it will checkout the item in the asset page. The checkout page do not show the asset name/s. It only show the total amount you need to pay. If the asset is different, to the only way to tell is to check the amount to be pay.
