Publish an app in AppStore with my name

Hi.

I am developing an app for one company. Will be an app for their customers have support and know better their product.

I think this is normal and happens with many others of us here.

How Can I publish this app in App Store?
In contact with the Apple they said me that I dont need one license what means that I dont need to pay that $99 for year because I cant publish this app in my name. Because I am building an app to another company that is really the owner of it. So they need an Apple account and they need to insert me like a partner or somrthing like it. And I will receive a license to publish the app.

This is the procedure? I remember that another version of this app that was built from another company was publushed in her name not in the owner of the app.

Like my company name is A, and B is the company for who I am building the app. So Apple said: You cant have one app from B company published in A company even if A is the company that made the app.

So nobody wont know that I did that app in AppStore?

Thank you !

Generally the owner of the product must have the legal relationship with Apple.

Developers such as yourself would be invited to join the owner’s account as developers.

NOTE: this is entirely outside of Unity. See the Apple developer site for more details.

Sure, I am just asking for help with other persons that probably also live it.

So you confirm what Apple said. The app will be published in the company name not in my account.

More accurately, AppStore entries (each app) belong to the legal owner of the entity signed up with Apple.

If that legal entity is a business (instead of an individual), then they can choose to add other developers (such as yourself) and give them rights to create and manipulate apps that belong to the owner.
