Shader Variant Compiling Time

Hello.

We update our ide to unity3d 2018. The builds take too much time. Ide try to compile shader variants and it takes around 10 hour. We have 52 scenario and post projection and many shaders. unity 2017
Works well but 2018 build time so long. We can not countinue our development process

Is there any work around for speed up?

How many shaders are you compiling? What are the hardware specs of the computer you are using to compile your shaders?

10 hours is pretty rediculous.
At some point you have to accept the fact that this is your fault, not Unity’s.

Either way.
I used this asset on a previous project I worked on when it got bloated to hell.

I build same set half an hour into unity 2017
