Since I updated to 6.3, every time I run the editor, two no response tabs are added, so may I know why?
I’d try reset layouts (upper right) first. Windows like that often result from broken or removed editor scripts.
Seeing the linguistic characters, just in case: if you happen to be in mainland China you’re not legally allowed to use Unity 6 but only Tuanjie engine and there may be issues even with the best of VPNs.
I think the layout I used in the previous version was a problem. I reset it and it went well. Thank you!
I get the same problem except the longer the editor is open the more I get. Just restarted one now that had 9 of those little Not Responding windows.
Also you may notice that they actually have a little transparent window on the desktop that is running on top of everything. This blocks your mouse from interacting with anything below, even with unity editor minimised. I reset my layouts but it didn’t help in my case.
This also happened with earlier versions of unity 6.2 but went away with later updates. Now its back.
Same issue here, for a while, tried resetting the Layout, removing some plugins, adding them back, updating, but so far, no fix.
It’s happening to one of my upgraded project and to a fresh one too…
I tried to find an existing ticket, but so far this post is the only thing that pops up whenever I search for this issue.
Unsure if this will help in your particular case, but I was having the exact same issue and removing the plugin ‘Game Event Hub’ seems to have resolved it.
