Well now that 5.1 SDK is out and the new iPad has been announced it seems that Apple will probably reject all new submission of updates and new apps if they don’t follow the app guidelines which now require you to define at least iPad retina icons and splash screen in all iPad or universal app releases.
I guess this means we will have to manually do this in xcode until Unity gets updated. It also seems that you are also forced to upgrade to OSX Lion from now on since the new xcode doesn’t support Snow Leopard anymore?
If anyone tried to do any of this yet or about to in following weeks please tell here how it goes
