The material can’t be edited until the Inspector is resized. And there’s no scrollbar.

Try disabling the “beautifier” assets, ie Hierarchy icons etc. Those editor scripts can interfere with normal operations.

Also check the Console for errors.

By removing plugins one by one, I found the plugin that was causing the bug.
