the shadow issue with the importing cube of blender

Hi, All

I am a newbie to blender and unity3d and encounter a issue when I import a blender modeling to unity3d. To simplify the issue, I create a cube in blender and unwrap it in UV mapping. Then I import the cube into unity3d. Here is the image.

The left one is a cube with blender modeling. The middle one is also a cube with blender modeling, and I add a grass material in unity3d. The right one is a cube I created in unity3d, and I add a grass material in unity3d.

Here is a issue. The middle one has some shadow in its faces, and the right one creating by unity3d has no shadow.

Why the cubes are different? If I don’t want the shadow, how can I do?

Thanks!

I think I got a solution for you,
go to your cube’s import setting and under Normals Tangents, set Normals to calculate and the smoothing angle to 0.
Don’t forget to apply changes.

Amazing! This issue bother me two days, thanks you very much!
