Unity 6 reflection probes leave nasty artifacts. This is due to the normalization of reflection probes in adaptive probe volumes. If disable normalization, the reflection is absolutely terrible. In the old Unity version + light probe group there was no such problem. In a large project that’s a real problem when you have to go through all the places and bake adaptive probe volume so often and try to see if the artifacts disappear. Reflection probes are already over the max limit in the scene so i can’t really place them in small places anymore. Are there any tips to solve this?
hmm.. it’s a bit hard to tell if you are seeing a bug or a natural artifact of reflection probe normalization (it isn’t perfect). is it possible for you to share the scene?
