Unity Analytics Pro Features with a Team based Pro seat

Hi, I understand that Unity Analytics has some features like live reporting locked behind subscription tiers.

I already am using pro seat with “Unity Pro with Unity Teams Advanced”, however those extra features are locked for me.

Is this the normal behavior? Does only the owner of the license have access to these features?
