Unity bug reporter not working , I'm not able to post any bug reports

Seconded. I don’t think I get the same error, but it takes forever to submit and then fails for me. Windows, 2019.3.x. I just don’t send bug reports now

I get this same error to every single time when trying to submit a new bug report. Doesnt matter what files are attached. Even on a brand new unity install and brand new computer the bug reporter fails every single time. Anyone have any idea how to fix. Absolutely insane that the bug reporter is totally useless.
