What’s Happening:
We are conducting a planned hardware vendor maintenance for macOS runners in the AMER region after AMER normal business hours, aimed at delivering improvements in build startup times and build stability.

Customer Guidance - AMER-bound Organizations
- AMER region new macOS Jobs will pause and queue beginning Friday, August 22, at 22:00 UTC,
MacOS runner capacity in the AMER region will be paused 3 hours in advance of maintenance.
(In-progress jobs will continue to run during the cool-down period) - Runners will be shut down fully at 01:00 UTC
Any running jobs will be aborted to start maintenance. - Customer Job’s submission planning:
- Please ensure all macOS AMER-targeted jobs are fully completed before Aug 23, 01:00 UTC.
- New Jobs submitted after 01:00 UTC will be automatically queued and resumed once maintenance is complete (expected between 04:00–04:30 UTC).
