I have posted this before and just wanted to see if there was an update. I can’t submit a bug report on the hub because the “Server is unresponsive”. Also it seems others are having same problem. I can log into my account with the latest version of 2018.4.6. But when it comes to the hub, it won’t let me log on and gives me the previously mentioned message. I am an instructor and want to start using Unity 2019 but do not want to start until this problem gets solved. I also contacted our IT Dept and told them to add the following to our firewall exceptions: HTTPS://accounts.unity3d.com HTTPS://api.unity.com HTTPS://license.unity3d.com
They did and still can’t log in. When I load 2019.2 I can also access the package manager which is weird. Any help is appreciated.
We use Windows Defender Security Center on our PCs and I think the firewall hardware is from Palo Alto Networks…don’t know if this helps. And, I added firewall exceptions on my PC.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Make sure you have the latest version of the hub (2.1) and that you are not behind a certain proxy. If it’s the case, please set your proxy variables (http_proxy and https_proxy). If you still experience the same problem please come back to us and DM your logs to me (windows logs : %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\UnityHub\logs)
