Unity in-built foot IK not working

Hi, I found that I was able to enable the Foot IK in the animtor, the preview working fine, the foot stick to the ground, but when I enter the play mode the foot was floating around. Any solution for better idea for this 1?

Well…it turn out is because I uncheck the “Apply Root Motion” on the animator controller component

To use inbuilt IK, u need to use Root Motion

Make sure you have IK enable in your animation State, i have the same issue and spend few hours to manage this.

Try playing with the animation settings for the model, like tick and untick bake into pose for XZ and for Y try setting the Y position based on feet.
