We are prioritizing the following issues based on their impact on your learning journey. Our engineering teams are working on resolutions, and we will update these statuses as fixes are deployed.

1. “My Learning” Page Errors & Inaccurate Progress

  • Issue: The “My Learning” page may throw an error upon loading or display inaccurate course completion percentages.
  • Impact: Learners are unable to accurately track their personal growth or easily resume their specific progress.
  • Status: This fix is being integrated into our broader Dashboard refresh to ensure long-term data stability.
  • Revised Target Fix Date: April 30.

2. Missing Localized Content

  • Issue: Specific localized modules are currently missing (e.g., the Korean version of 2D Lighting for Pixel Art).
  • Impact: Learners in specific regions cannot access curriculum in their native language despite it being previously available.
  • Status: Root cause identified; fix currently in development.
  • Target Fix Date: End of March.

:bulb: Helpful Workarounds & Notes

  • Language Selector Malfunction: We have made the decision to prioritize other critical platform fixes at this time. If the language selector is not responding, manually clearing your browser cookies will allow the selector to function again.
