📣 Unity Learn | Monthly Update – April & May 2026

:sparkles: What’s New & Improved
We’ve successfully rolled out several major upgrades to the Unity Learn experience over the past two months:

  • Unified Login Experience (Launched May 5): We’ve simplified how you access the ecosystem. You can now “log in once” and move seamlessly between Unity Learn, the Asset Store, and other Unity web platforms without re-authenticating.
  • New Search Experience (Launched March 31): Our upgraded search tool provides faster, more intuitive results and smarter filtering to help you find tutorials and pathways exactly when you need them.
  • Click-to-Enlarge Images (Launched March 18): You can now click any complex diagram or code snippet within a tutorial to see a high-resolution version.

• Platform Performance & Progress Tracking: We have successfully deployed a production fix for the site lag and Pathway progress issues identified earlier this month. Page load times have returned to normal, and progress tracking is once again saving reliably.

:date: Key Upcoming Milestones
We are expanding the scope of the platform to bring you more curated content:

  • Learn Collections (Early June): We are introducing our best content and most helpful resources—human-curated and enhanced with AI insights. These collections are designed to be delivered to you at the right place and the right time across the entire Unity ecosystem, including Learn, the Unity Hub, and Unity.com.
  • Refreshed Learning Dashboard (End of June): A complete overhaul of your personal hub. This will provide a more stable and visual way to track your skills, badges, and progress.

:warning: Ongoing Technical Issues & Updates
We are prioritizing the following issues based on their impact on your learning journey:
1. “My Learning” Page Errors

  • Issue: The “My Learning” page may display errors or inaccurate completion percentages.
  • Impact: Learners cannot accurately view their overall progress or easily jump back into saved courses.
  • Status: This fix remains tied to our broader dashboard infrastructure rebuild to ensure long-term data stability.
  • Revised Target Fix Date: End of June.

This is HUGE! Thank you.

One more feature request: the login process is still slow and requires logging in every day. It would be great to speed it up and keep users logged in for at least 30 days. Such behavior I have been observing for years on different devices.
