Unity Muse have been saying that I need to join the Muse experience, even though I’M!! But just doesn’t work. If anyone knows what I can do I would appreciate
same here. how do you login? I’m using google sso
I had same issue today on Firefox, no way to talk to Muse, in the meantime I tested two things :
1 . I tryed on google chrome and it was working.
2. On firefox, I logged out from my Unity account directly in muse web page, then I relogged in, and Muse was working after that

@jobisquin Have you had issues before? If not, please double-check that the email you were invited to is the same as your Unity ID and change it to match the invited email. Let me know if your problem still remains.
@hugokostic Am I correct to assume that the hard refresh and log-out + in, solved the problem?
@jfvenier From what I can see in our auth system, you have yet to be invited so keep an eye on your email for an invite!

Happens time to time. Log out and log back in
I have the same issue, where I was previously invited, had actually used Muse several times, then one day I just get that screen that says I have to sign up. I have access to Muse Texture and Muse Sprite. I thought the Muse AI Beta was closed but apparently it’s not. How can I get this issue resolved? And again I was already accessing muse previously.

I was in the middle of using MUSE when it suddenly stopped responding to my questions and was giving me this default answer of joining the Beta, which I’ve been using MUSE for a few weeks now.
Message from MUSE:
"Join the closed beta program to create with Muse, and accelerate development of your real-time 3D experiences in ways you never imagined! If you were recently accepted from the waitlist and received this message, please note that it may take up to 2 hours to process your account for access.
When signing up for the Muse beta, please use the same email address associated with your Unity ID."
This is using Google Chrome on a Windows PC if that information matters.
FIXED: Required me to log my account out and then log back in. Now MUSE seems to be working again.

@icarranza hmm. have you tried signing in and out? we have seen that a hard reset is sometimes necessary or are you still having issues?
