Our team recently deployed a security-related update that has unfortunately caused some unexpected service disruptions. We are currently seeing issues in the following areas:

  • Search by Topic: Users will experience Internal Server Errors.
  • Learning Dashboard: Users may experience Internal Server Errors,
  • Exercise Tutorials: Submission publishing is currently unresponsive.
  • Media Playback Some videos were not loading properly.

Current Status: Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize for the interruption and will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

Hello, can the bug prevent videos from playing in the Junior Programmer pathway?
( it was working fine a moment ago ).

Yes but I doubled check now and the videos seem to work well. Can you please check now please?

Sorry for the late reply, yes its working great for me now, thanks you for your work !

Hi,

I’m still receiving “internal error” messages when I try to access my learning dashboard.

I’ve also lost all my progress in the Creative Core (6.0 Spanish). In fact, every time I select a language other than English, it redirects me to the English version of the course.

It seems I’ve finally recovered my progress in the course :heart_hands:, but I’m still getting “Internal Server Error” messages every time I try to access my learning dashboard… I’ve checked with other accounts, and they aren’t having this problem, so I guess it’s only affecting some users

Hi,

Thank you for flagging this!

I was just wondering - are you using the same browser as before? Have you tried clearing your ‘cookies’ to try again?

Let me know and so sorry this is affecting you !

Best,

Hi,

Yes, the same browser. And yes, I tried clearing my cookies.

Currently, the situation is as follows: regardless of the system or browser, if I try to access the learning dashboard with this user, I receive an “internal server error”. However, with other accounts (on the same system and browser) it works correctly.

Could this be due to a specific account setting?

Thanks!

Hi @fr4n71

Thank you for reporting this. The Learning Dashboard issue you’ve described is definitely affecting a subset of our users, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration it’s causing in your learning journey.

We are currently working on a fully refreshed Learning Dashboard set to launch by the end of Q1 (March 31st), which is designed to address these data sync and progress issues.

We’ve just started sharing monthly updates regarding bug fixes and upcoming features—you can find the latest details in our February 9th announcement. Please keep an eye on that thread; once we announce the new dashboard is live, we’d love for you to re-validate it on your end.

Thanks for your patience while we get this resolved!
