Hello, I was working through the junior programmer pathway last night and everything was working fine. When I returned to the site this morning, I had found that none of the supporting videos in this course and in many other courses were loading properly for me. I’ve tried accessing the site through multiple different browsers and have tried disabling any features that I thought might interfere with the page loading process but have had no success in accessing the videos for the courses.
In short it seems that no browser I use is able to find and load any of the videos for the course and I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing anything issues like this?
I also am experiencing a similar issue! For me, none of the videos are even showing at all or displaying a error message. They were working fine in the past few days and it seems only today it broke. One thing that I find odd is that the overview videos are working fine, but all other videos are gone. Hopefully our error gets resolved soon so we can get back to learning.
I had the same issue. Videos were playing just fine in the few days.
By the way, I ran into a different problem back then — the progress on my Pathway wasn’t updating, and it seems everyone encounter the same problem. It got fixed the next day, so I think the Unity Learn team is doing some work behind the scenes.
I think everything will be back to normal in a day or two.
I am experiencing the same problem. The tutorial videos are not showing at all, although the overview videos are.
I was having this issue earlier today as well, but it seems as of now videos are up and running again. Maybe just some jank with the Unity Learn servers?
Thanks for the heads up, I have access to the videos again so it looks like its all sorted for now.
May be your cache memory is full- please clean your cookies and cache, then start your tutorials.
