On the bottom of the Animation Generation editor, there is a message “Generations may be subject to copyright.” I thought that I remembered a question about this in the chat during the recent livestream on Unity AI, where the answer was that the generated animations can be freely used in users’ projects. Unfortunately, the chat transcript is not available online so I can’t confirm that.
Are there any restrictions on the usage of generated animation clips? Can they be used in projects that are distributed, sold, etc., or are they only for prototyping?
