Very new to Unity, looking for someone to show me the ropes.

Basically i am looking for someone to just guide me through learning unity as it is a skill i really want to have and have tried multiple times but have struggled to find a tutorial that will explain everything from top to bottom. I know the basics of some other programming languages and know the very basics of c# but just need someone who can answer my questions and will show me what to do and set me things to do.

No one tutorial will do that. “Learning Unity” is a whole curriculum

Go through the Learn section, starting at editor and scripting basics. Watch any videos for Unity 5.x and newer. Do the game-specific tutorials, since they also teach new editor tricks. Branch out to searching for tutorials on YouTube when you run out of things there.
