Videos on Unity Learn are extremely slow and laggy

I tested now everything works now. Good job. I will test again tomorrow and a few more days. but it is probably fixed.

Thanks for the fast fix, works now in certain Browsers.

But the Problem still persists to a certain extend in Firefox and other Firefox Forks.
The Videos start loading and playing, but they always stop at roughly 1/4 of the Video and wont continue no matter how long I wait or what I do.

I already tried:

  • Relogging
  • Reopening the Browser
  • Clearing Cookies and Cache
  • Disabling all Browser Extensions

Nothing worked so far.

For now I will use OperaGX since it works there, but a fix for Firefox would be awesome.

Same issue here. Problem persists with Firefox. Works OK in Chrome for me, so not a critical issue. But would be nice to view the videos in my default browser.

Slow buffering for me in Chrome. Every video I try to watch in the Pathway series. Plays the first few seconds, then spins. Plays again for a few seconds, then spins. My internet looks good. I can play anything on Youtube without issue.

Chrome is up to date
Version 141.0.7390.123 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The issue should be fixed for Chrome now, please would you mind trying to clear your browser cache and cookies and re logging back into the website?

Yep, using Firefox here, problems started to arise with the first video in Lesson 1.1 - Start your 3D Engines in the Create with Code 35 hour long tutorial. Around 10 seconds in and it buffers forever, the video that comes after works for some reason (edit, they also don’t work, they just start to buffer at different times, it does seem to be a bit of a random issue tho), and the videos before did work fully. Btw, I’ve figured out a temporary workaround for the issue, I click right click on the video and copy the video link, implement it in a new tab and the video loads instantly.

I am still facing the issue and also tried all the above options as well as the CRODS plugin option that I have found in reddit.
please help to resolve the issue this is really impact to our learning journey.
