HI No Nav mesh surface in my new install of 2019.4.16f1

I checked the manual and it should be in the GameObject > AI >

I don’t have a AI menu in the game object menu ??

how do I add this?

What bad joke you have it in the manual but does not mention where it is or where you get it from ??
why not put ALL nav mesh scripts in the package manager? no too logical,…

unity thinks best put it in a " special hidden git hub location you can only find by searching the forums" … man Unity pissed me off some days …
