Mushroom Monsters is perfect for some starting mobs at the beginning of your game, when players are busy learning the gameplay. Not able to move, he’s easier to kill, but don’t underestimate him, Monster Mushroom can strike back with his teeth, curses and deadly poison.

As usual, the model is fully tested in Unity and comes with .unitypackage:
Thanks for the compliments Yippie Appreciate your taking the time to write and for recommending us on your site. Yours was by far one of the best recommendations we’ve ever received. Thanks so much! XD T.T XD
Hey. Thanks for those offers. Grabbed some models too. Would like to suggest to give the mushroom monster some optional feet or better said roots. Also what about if you update one of those models later on ? As it looks now people won’t be able to get those updates as there is no account for your homepage ? Maybe it would be nice to do it like arteria and mr necturus and I guess some others too and allow account creation having the downloads.
Models are nice quality. Tested out the watcher a bit and would like to see more like this. Great textures. Like it much more than those of the dragon or dinosaur so I didn’t buy those. I would also like to make suggestion for human models to create some base character packs where people can change, hair, head, eyes, nose and such the like and can get extra clothing add ons for. Would be good for people so they have more freedom using clothing for different characters. If you look at character creation in games like Dragon Age, D&D Online or similar you can see what I’m talking about. I think that it limits people if they only have the few options provided for a character’s clothing. Also human, elves, orc and such the like can alle basically use the same animations. So if there would be some base it would allow to have much more possible animations and overall a much higher usability. Just don’t put all armor in one model. Better to have invisible slots so that we can attach to it and reset the position. Only if you think about doing such system of course. ^^
Thanks for the offers, overall great work and just some suggestions of course.
Thank you for the kind compliments we’re so happy you like our work
We usually send mails to customers if we have new updates but yes, account creation will be cool Thanks for the great idea ivendar.
We have detachable armors characters like Dark Knight, Female Warrior, Royal Knight and we’re gonna make more Character packs where people can change, hair, head, eyes, nose etc. is another great idea ivender, since Unity support morph we’ll see what we can do.
yeah but people cannot just grab the armor from dark knight and attach to sorceress for example. Or change the head to elf or orc and have it look different while still having the same armor. That’s the problem I have with such models. They all fit great for npcs or a single purpose where you have a fixed player character but there’re not really much choices for player characters if you want customization. Also if people want to use different weapons they are more limited in having single characters cause every character just have some weapon animations. What if I want to use a spear, greatsword or a bow but the character only had a staff or dagger, no chance to use cause there’s no proper animations. Of course no one can create 200 animations for each single character created and I can understand this, so a base having changeable parts might be worth it. Urbrin did do such in his character customization pack, might want to take a look if you haven’t seen yet. He seems to do good work about this.
But people have different styles in creating art and I think it would be good to have more choices. I for example need character models like watcher that will fit the environments from arteria and manufacturak4 and I have nowhere noticed any character pack that fits in and allow such flexibility. Only Urbrin but the style not yet fits for me. The other one closest to this is Arteria, but there every mesh is attached to the model and I think this might not be that good. Iam just a hobbyist but if I would have dozens of armor parts attached to one model I feel it’s more difficult to use than just have base models with only different heads, nose … and slots for armor where I can just drag and parent it to some invisible slot too. Also this pack doesn’t offer those nose, ear, what else switching. And maybe if people later want little changes about the armor it’s easier if it’s not in the character model itself I guess.
This idea might be more work to do at first than single characters but once done it could be nice for customers being able to switch ears, mouth, eyes, wings or whatever and artists can easily add more armor choices to it. Much more possibilities and they all can share more animations and items. Only thing Iam not sure about is about smaller size characters like dwarves. Maybe they would need their own base sets but hey Iam a hobbyist and can just look at different systems. For what I know there’s enough games out there that offer this flexibility so it is possible for sure. And as a player I know that people like to have some customization choices. Just changeable hair and few options is not enough. Even Neverwinter Nights got much more flexibility and it’s a game from 2002. You can switch head, hair, attach wings or tail, or switch a arm to a skeletal version just to give some examples.
If you consider to do such system I have another request. Not only asian style for characters please. ^^ Style is not bad but there’s people out there that like the LotR, D&D styles most. ^^ I guess sometimes I’m too demanding but I just love the “european” fantasy style too much.
Also do you offer custom work ? If so, can you tell me what it would cost to fully animate a 3d model similar to your dragon and if necessary what additonal rigging would cost ? Comparing prices a bit at the moment because I might pick up some stuff from other shops, but models are often not animated and sometimes not even rigged. There’s serveral of them, mostly animals and some dragon. But I don’t want to pay hundrets to get each of them ready because they won’t be exclusive. Of course the animations and rigging might be but the model itself won’t so I don’t want to pay that much for non exclusive assets. Also Iam not sure about if the polygon/verticle amounts told are really correct so it would be nice to have someone to check it.
Your idea is really great Ivendar, a character like that will take a lot of time to develop but you right by combining the features - different hair, eye, nose, mouth, body shapes, armors the user can create a lot of characters, and yes the animations will not be wasted, it’s hard to do though, if we’re not careful when it’s animated sometimes bits of skin will stick out through the clothing or armor, this can be solved by using an opacity map to hide the inside body. Everything must be carefully planned or it will turn out bad
Currently we’re busy so we don’t offer custom modeling service sorry
