Are Quest builds safe from the vulnerability?

• For Horizon OS: Meta devices have implemented mitigations so that vulnerable Unity apps running on Horizon OS cannot be exploited.

To me this seems very specific that it’s fine (unless if you are on an old OS version of course)

But in general it’s not bad to stay a little bit up to date on bugfix versions for your project
